Arrogance

James 4:16-17
But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil.

Arrogance is a trait that we find can be "transferred" from generation to generation. It could be a spiritual thing or a learned trait (or a combination of both). Many people (I would say MOST) have some amount of arrogance but don't even consider such a thought.
