The Feast of Tabernacles; In the first covenant, Israel was in bondage/servitude to the Law.
Lev 23:33 The Lord said to Moses, 34 "Say to the Israelites: 'On the fifteenth day of the seventh month the Lord's Feast of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days. 35 The first day is a sacred assembly; do no regular work. 36 For seven days present offerings made to the Lord by fire, and on the eighth day hold a sacred assembly and present an offering made to the Lord by fire. It is the closing assembly; do no regular work. NIV
The Feast of Tabernacles celebrates the end of the works of the law, Salvation is through faith in the works of the Messiah. The Sabbath Rest; this is the freedom we have in Christ. The Tabernacle was Gods dwelling place among his people as they journey through the wilderness to the promised land, where the physical temple would be built. The Sanctuary was to be Holy, not to be defiled.
From the Tabernacle in the desert as our flesh as we go through our wilderness experience. The Festival of ingathering is for all believers in the New covenant. Do no Work ‘of the Law’ Daily and annual sacrifices. The end of the cycles. End of First covenant.

Our bodies represent the tents that Israel lived in

We become unclean as we associate with non-believers.
2 Cor 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. Heb 8:1 The point of what we are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, 2 and who serves in the sanctuary, the true tabernacle set up by the Lord, not by man.
